Dining Services Supervisor
The Jewish Home for the Elderly, a premier 360-bed Long Term and Post-Acute Rehabilitation Care facility in Fairfield has the following opportunities:
The Jewish Home is seeking an experienced dining services Supervisor available 16 hours per week to work a 3:30pm to 7:30pm schedule, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision of staff, including, aides, and production and utility personnel.
Ensures proper assembly and service of foods; sanitation and safety of service, and utility areas of the department.
Ensures safe and efficient uses of resources.
Experience as a supervisor in food service is required and working in a Healthcare environment is a plus.
The Jewish Home offers a pleasant working environment and beautiful location is just off the Merritt Parkway.
