TheStreet.com, a digital financial media company, is seeking a Director of Audience Development.  This individual will be responsible for search engine marketing, search engine optimization, newsletter development, social media marketing, and other forms of outreach and consumer interaction to drive traffic to our network of sites.

Responsibilities:

·         Design audience development and traffic plans for our network of sites to meet business needs

·         Design, develop, manage and optimize campaigns in social media marketing and SEO/SEM

·         Collaborate with Business Development to identify partnership opportunities

·         Optimize site traffic through our newsletter products

·         Leverage analytics to create new business initiatives

·         Lead and manage the Audience Development group

Requirements:

·         BA/BS

·         Minimum of 5-7 years successful online marketing experience

·         Minimum of 3 years successful online audience development

·         Proven experience analyzing online consumer behavior and turning data into actionable information for optimizing audience development activities

·         Proven experience enhancing online product development initiatives

·         Ability to act as a change agent and solve problems in an innovative manner

·         Superior presentation, communication and negotiation skills

·         Core understanding of web analytics
